2022 Uh Oh Cuvée Pét-Nat

The 2022 Uh Oh Pet Nat is the same blend as the Uh Oh Cuvée (50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Riesling). The Cabernet Franc went through primary fermentation on it’s own before being blended into the still fermenting Riesling. The Cab Franc adds delicious notes of red fruit, on top of more complex earthy and vegetal notes. Combined with the bright citrus flavors from the Riesling, this blend creates an incredibly refreshing and crushable sparkling wine for any celebratory day or night. Drink chilled.
We called this wine Uh Oh in honor of our daughter who intentionally stirs up trouble but yells out “Uh Oh” so that we all know to expect something wild. You’re about to have some fun even if you don’t know it yet.
The sun is going down and dinner is being prepped, but you still have time for one more dip in the lake.
