This 2023 white blend is an even split between Chardonnay and La Crescent. La Crescent grape is this weird little hybrid grape that we source from the UP. We normally turn our noses up to hybrids, but this one is making us rethink everything. La Crescent is tropical on the nose, yet crisp and citrusy on the pallet. When paired with 100% steel Chardonnay, this guy, THE GUY drinks more like a Chenin Blanc or Sauv Blanc.
We call this wine THE GUY after a guy, the guy, that our daughter saw at Nubs Nob and spoke about nonstop for 6 months. Remember the guy? We do!
